Google Ads Agency for Ecommerce Brands

Hey Frankie is a Google Ads agency for ecommerce brands that want Shopping, Performance Max and Search run as part of one acquisition system, not as a separate account nobody looks at. We have directed more than $50M in paid media across Google and Meta, and we run Google for most of the brands we run Meta for. For Speed Cube Shop we raised Google efficiency 25% while driving more revenue per visitor, and revenue from the channel grew 30%.

What we actually do

Google captures demand. Meta creates it. Most ecommerce accounts we audit are set up as if Google worked alone, with a Performance Max campaign eating the branded search it should never have touched and a Shopping feed nobody has cleaned since launch. We fix the order of operations first. If you want that read before you hire anyone, the audit is sold on its own.

Shopping that sells the right products

The feed is the campaign. We fix titles, product types, images and pricing attributes before touching bids, then split the catalog by margin and intent so bestsellers and long-tail products do not share a budget.

Performance Max with the brakes on

PMax (Google's automated campaign type that runs across Search, Shopping, YouTube and Display) is excellent at taking credit for sales you were getting anyway. We exclude brand terms, feed it real conversion values, and compare it against a standard Shopping campaign before trusting its numbers.

Search campaigns built from search terms, not keyword lists

Non-brand Search earns its budget on the queries people actually type. We mine the search terms report monthly, cut what wastes money, and let the winners run on their own.

Brand protection without overpaying for it

Branded search should be cheap. We separate it, cap it, and make sure you are not paying auction prices for customers who typed your name.

Measurement that survives attribution

Google and Meta both claim the same sales. We report MER (marketing efficiency ratio: total revenue divided by total ad spend) and new-customer cost across both platforms, so you know what the combined spend is actually returning.

Landing pages and offers

Shopping clicks land on product pages; Search clicks should land somewhere that answers the query. We test both because the page is half the ad.

One team across Google, Meta, email and SMS

The promo calendar, the creative and the customer data move together. That is where the compounding comes from.

What working with us looks like

A senior buyer owns your Google account and the same team runs your Meta, so budget moves between them on evidence instead of on which agency argued louder. The first month is an audit of the feed, the account structure and the measurement, followed by the rebuild of whatever is wasting the most money. After that, a weekly rhythm of search-term pruning, feed updates, tests and a read you can act on, plus a direct line when something moves. No interns, no junior buyers, no account managers in between.

Who this is for

  • Ecommerce brands with a catalog people shop for by search, and enough margin to buy that demand.
  • Brands already running Meta that want Google to stop fighting it.
  • Brands whose PMax campaign is reporting great numbers nobody believes.
  • Owners and marketing leads who want to talk to the person doing the work.

Who it is not for

  • Brands under $1M a year. Fix the product page and the feed yourself first; it costs nothing.
  • Lead-gen businesses, local services and B2B. Different game, different agency.
  • Agencies and freelancers looking for white-label management.

How we price it

A monthly retainer scoped to spend and the size of the catalog. We give you the number on the first call. Brands that run Google and Meta with us get one team and one plan, not two invoices and two reports.

Questions we get asked

How much does an ecommerce PPC agency cost?

Across the market, either a flat fee of roughly $2,000 to $8,000 a month or 10% to 15% of spend. The cheap end usually means one person managing forty accounts. Ask how many accounts your buyer carries before you compare prices.

Shopping, Performance Max or Search: which first?

Shopping first for almost every ecommerce brand, because it sells products to people already looking for them. Search for the queries Shopping cannot answer. Performance Max only once the feed is clean and brand is excluded, and only if it beats standard Shopping in a side-by-side test. Running PMax first is how brands end up paying Google for their own customers.

Should we move budget from Google to Meta, or the other way?

Depends on whether your category is searched for or discovered. Products people already want (parts, replacements, named categories) lean Google. Products people did not know they wanted lean Meta. Most brands need both, and the right split shows up in MER within a quarter. We run both, so we have no reason to favor either.

Do you manage the product feed?

Yes. Titles, product types, custom labels, pricing attributes, disapprovals, supplemental feeds. The feed is the most neglected asset in most ecommerce accounts and the fastest fix.

What do you report?

Weekly: spend, revenue, MER, new-customer cost, brand vs non-brand, what changed and what is next. Monthly: a longer read on where the money is going and where it should go. Plain numbers, no 40-page deck.

Can you run our Meta ads and email too?

Yes, and most clients do. See the Meta ads page and the Klaviyo email marketing page.
